Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to room availability and corresponding fees. Please inquire at the front desk for rates.
- All registered guests will receive a resort wristband upon check-in. This wristband must be worn at all times for security and access to facilities.
Room Care & Damages
- Guests will be charged for any damage to or loss of room furnishings, electronics, or amenities.
- To avoid disputes, please report any pre-existing damage to the front desk upon check-in.
Pet Policy
- As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them.
Towel & Linen Policy
- White towels are for in-room use only. Charges apply for lost or damaged towels.
- Pool & Beach Towels:
- Each guest will receive one towel card, which can be exchanged for one pool/beach towel at the Pool Bar area.
- Cards will be returned when towels are returned.
- All cards must be presented at checkout. Missing cards will incur a Php1,000 charge per lost towel.
- Extra towels may be rented for Php100 each.
- Clotheslines and drying racks are available in your room for wet clothes. Please refrain from hanging clothes on railings or in common areas.
Valuables & Security
- Please safeguard your personal belongings, especially in common areas. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- For lost-and-found inquiries, contact the front desk.
- Items that are left behind will be held for 90 days before donation or disposal. Please contact reservations to arrange pickup. Shipping fees at guests’ expense.
Food, Cooking, & Prohibited Items
To maintain cleanliness and safety, the following are not permitted within the premises:
- Raw or cooked food (except baby formula and medically required meals).
- Cooking appliances, portable stoves, or any form of cooking.
- Portable furniture.
Exceptions: Guests may bring medically necessary equipment—please advise our reservations team in advance.
Guests found bringing any of the above-mentioned items may be denied check-in, even with a confirmed booking.
Corkage Fees for Alcohol
- Any outside drinks are subject to corkage fees. Please inquire with your reservations representative or at the front desk for rates.
Children’s Safety
- Children must be supervised at all times, particularly in the pool area, on the beach, and in dining areas.
Cleanliness & Sand Management
- Wash off all sand at designated rinse stations before entering rooms, buildings, or the pool.
- Excessive dirt or staining of linens and towels will result in cleaning fees.
- Dispose of trash in designated bins. Littering within the resort or on the beach is subject to fines imposed by local authorities.
Quiet Hours
- Per Barangay policy and as courtesy to other guests, loitering in the beach, hallways and in the main dining area after 10:00 PM is not allowed.
- If you would like to continue socializing, our staff can assist in setting up a designated area upon request.
Pool Rules & Hygiene
- Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool.
- Strictly no human waste (excrement, urine, vomit) in the pool. A cleaning fee of up to Php5,000 will apply if contamination occurs.
Smoking Policy
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside rooms or common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Fines apply as per R.A. 9211 for smoking in prohibited areas.
Illegal Substances & Unruly Behavior
- All types of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Local law enforcement will be involved if any guest is found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances.
- Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Lewd behavior, disorderly conduct, or any actions that disturb other guests may result in fines, removal from the premises, and/or involvement of authorities.
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
