House Rules
Here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure you have a great time during your stay.
- Check in is at 2pm, and check out is at 12pm. Early check ins and late check outs will subject to corresponding fees and subject to room availability (prior/incoming occupants).
- Any damage to or losses from your rooms and the implements therein will incur charges.
- As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodatetStrictly no pets allowed.
- The following are not permitted within the premises: raw/cooked food, cooking, cooking appliances, portable furniture. (*Exemptions may be made for things like portable cribs; please check with your reservations representative)
- Zac’s Shack reserves the right to refuse to accommodate persons (even those with confirmed bookings) found bringing any of the above mentioned items.
- Corkage fees apply for alcohol.
- Mind your valuables. Management cannot be held liable for any loss or damages of personal belongings.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Wash off all sand before entering the building/rooms/pool.
- Your bathrooms are equipped with a clothesline for hanging all your WET clothes. Avoid hanging clothes elsewhere especially outside your rooms to avoid potential losses.
- Please take care not to stain the beddings and towels in your rooms. Should these be found with damages or extensive stains, charges will apply.
- All rooms and the swimming pool are exclusive to guests checked in at Zac’s Shack. Should you have visitors, please advise our staff. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to non-guests.
- As courtesy to other guests, loitering in the hallways or drinking in the main dining area after 9pm is discouraged. Our staff can set up a spot for you upon request.
- Please wear appropriate swimming attire when using the pool.
- Any human waste (excrement, urine, vomit) in the infinity pool, kiddie pool, or the jacuzzi will be subject to cleaning charges of up to Php5000.
- PLEASE OBSERVE CLEANLINESS. Wash off sand before entering the premises or pool. Dispose of your garbage in the designated bins. Littering in your rooms, on the premises and the beach is highly discouraged and will be subject to fines imposed by the local authorities.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the rooms and in the common areas. There is a designated area for smoking. Your rooms are equipped with smoke alarms. Fines apply per R.A. 9211 if you are found smoking within your rooms or any part of the premises other than the designated smoking areas.
- All types of illegal substances are forbidden. Involvement of local law enforcement and authorities is a certainty if anyone is found in possession or under the influence of any illegal substances.
- Please conduct yourself in a disciplined and responsible manner within the premises and do not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Any act/s of indecency, lewdness and undisciplined behavior will be dealt with accordingly. This may result in fines, involvement of authorities and removal from the premises.
